We hold an all hands to define what success looks like for that weekend. A review ahead of time with the entire team gets their unfiltered feedback on what worked vs challenges. We then stack rank them in order of criticality. Items are deemed as critical for success (more shipper boxes, locations of pallet pick locations, number of devices, etc) or ‘nice to haves’ and we bounce that against the measure of success. Management then does what they can to ensure the areas on the Critical for Success list are addressed. We iterate on this every year.
