Infoplus is beginning development with some exciting additions that will enable greater flexibility to our mobile app! This exciting feature coming in 2024 will enable users to perform alternate picks and short picks in the mobile app in a more fluid way. This set of features will be permissions-based (so don’t worry if you don’t think this feature will help you!). Pickers will be able to short a ticket in real-time, or to make adjustments on the fly, when performing their pick work. This means no more walking back to the manager for a desktop override- just seamless picking. This feature will even take substitutions into account!
